My Role

Own end-to-end technical onboarding for new client accounts at Closer Control.

Deploy the standardized GHL snapshot (see Project 01) to each new account.

Configure A2P/10DLC SMS compliance registration per account.

Provision phone numbers and handle legacy CRM data migration where applicable.

Set up Zapier integrations connecting whichever of the 10 supported lead source platforms the client uses.

Provide hands-on, side-by-side technical mentorship to the support team — working through real account issues together rather than relying on written documentation.

Technical Implementation

Snapshot deployment
Rolls out the standardized GHL snapshot — the Seller Disposition Automation Engine and associated workflows — to each new client account. Ensures every account starts from a consistent, tested baseline.
A2P/10DLC compliance
Registers and configures SMS compliance for each account individually. Required for outbound SMS campaigns to function — a non-negotiable step before any lead outreach goes live.
Phone provisioning
Sets up telephony (phone numbers, call routing) per account so inbound and outbound communication is ready from day one.
Legacy data migration
For clients moving from a prior CRM system, handles importing existing contact and lead data into the GHL account before go-live.
Zapier integrations
Connects the client's lead source platform into GHL via Zapier. Supports 10 platforms plus Google Sheets as a manual fallback. Each integration is configured and tested before handoff.
Technical mentorship
Hands-on, side-by-side mentorship to the support team — working through real account problems together. Scaled internal technical capability as the client base grew from ~8 to 200+ accounts.
